The service
Yutaka Plan is a web-based planning tool that helps you turn outcomes into a weekly plan and daily priorities.
No guarantee of results
Yutaka Plan supports your planning. It does not guarantee any result, and it is not financial, medical, or legal advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to break or overload it, or access other people's data.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically each year or month until you cancel. The price you see at checkout, including tax, is the price you pay. The founding price is limited to the first 50 customers and stays the same while your subscription remains active; if you cancel and join again, the standard price applies.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Refund terms are on the Refunds page.
Your content
What you write is yours. We do not translate or change it. You can export it at any time.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may improve or change the service and these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
The governing law and place of jurisdiction will be stated here before the service goes on sale.
