Additional charges: Internet connection and data charges are the customer's responsibility. If you pay in a foreign currency, your card issuer may charge fees.
Payment methods: Credit card, processed by Stripe. Accepted card brands are shown at checkout.
Payment timing: The first payment is charged at sign-up. After that, annual plans are charged each year and monthly plans each month on the renewal date, automatically.
When the service is provided: After payment is completed, your login details are sent by email without delay.
Term and renewal: Your plan (annual or monthly) renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your account management page. If you cancel before the next renewal date, you will not be charged again. You can keep using the service until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds: Because this is a digital service, returns are not available. However, if you contact us within 14 days of the payment date (or the renewal date), we will refund the full amount.
If something is wrong: If you have a problem with the service, please contact us and we will look into it.
System requirements: A computer, tablet or smartphone running the latest version of a major browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox).
Special conditions: The Founding price is limited to the first 50 customers and stays the same while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and sign up again, the standard price applies.
