Refunds and cancellation
These terms will apply when Yutaka Plan goes on sale. They are a draft.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account management page. If you cancel before the next renewal date you will not be charged again. You can keep using the service until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Because this is a digital service, returns are not available. However, if you contact us within 14 days of the payment date (or the renewal date), we will refund the full amount.
If something is wrong
If you have a problem with the service, please contact us and we will look into it.
