What changes for you

Yutaka Plan is designed to help with the part of planning that wears people down.

  • End the day knowing it counted

Three chosen actions, each tied to a goal you named. A busy day becomes a meaningful one.

  • Start the week with a plan, not a pile

Set the week against the hours you really have. Commit to what fits, and notice early when it does not.

  • Say “later” without losing the idea

Park a new idea in seconds. It stays safe and findable, and out of the way of today.

  • Keep your reason where you can see it

On a hard day, every task shows the outcome it serves and why you wanted it.

  • Look back without the guilt

A short weekly review that asks what to change, not who to blame. No scores, no streaks, no red.

A week with Yutaka Plan

An example of what using it can look like.

  1. Sunday evening

Ten minutes: you look at the hours you really have and choose a few priorities. The week has a shape before it begins.

  2. Monday morning

You open the app and see three actions, each with its reason. That is your day. Everything else can wait.

  3. Midweek

A new idea arrives. You park it in seconds and carry on with what you chose.

  4. Friday

A short review: what moved, what did not, what to change. No scores, no streaks, no blame.

How it works

  1. Name the outcome

Write what you want to achieve, how you will know you have, and why it matters to you.

So every day starts from what matters.

  2. Plan the week

Pick a few priorities and enter the hours you really have. Yutaka Plan tells you when the plan is too big.

So your week fits the time you have.

  3. Focus on three actions

Each day, choose up to three main actions. Everything else waits, where you can still see it.

So you always know where to start.

  4. Review and adjust

Look back without blame. Decide what to keep, change, or stop next week.

So each week gets a little more realistic.

From a life goal to a single task

Every task links back to something you care about. Here is one example.

  2. ObjectiveBuild income that does not depend on one client
